ywcaENCORE
YwcaENCORE is a FREE 8 week program designed specifically for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their lives. The two hour program incorporates gentle exercises, relaxation techniques, information and support. It is safe, fun and therapeutic and includes the use of a warm water therapy pool for gentle exercises in a small group environment.
This program was offered in spring 2012 in Gravenhurst. We are currently seeking funding to be able to offer it in Fall 2013 or Spring 2014.
