Erika has a varied and nonlinear career history. Although an engineer through education, she is experienced in proposal development, project management, and most recently business development roles. With an emphasis on working with women, she currently assists new and struggling businesses to grow and run more effectively. 

A proud mom of 3,  Erika is focused on developing connections with people and nature and is always open to learning and trying new things.
