Jenny Sifft

Jenny was introduced to YWCA Muskoka through a Bridges Out of Poverty workshop in 2017 and was drawn to the Circles Muskoka program and its commitment to the elimination of poverty by harnessing the power of caring communities working together. She is excited to join the YWCA as Circles Muskoka Coordinator. 

Prior to her work with YWCA Muskoka, Jenny worked in the non profit sector at the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC), where she coordinated Ready-to-Work, a multi-site bridging program for newcomers to Canada where they sought to breakdown barriers to employment, provide training and greater access to employment opportunities in their field of expertise.

Jenny also brings years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives and a background in hospitality. She earned a B.Comm in Hospitality & Tourism from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) and brings a service centered mindset to all interactions. Jenny is thankful to call Muskoka home with her husband, 3 children and French bulldog, Frankie.
