Laura Sundy

Laura brings over a decade of experience in public relations, communications, fundraising and advocacy work. Before joining YWCA Muskoka she worked for a national public relations firm leading accounts for multinational corporate and non-profit clients, along with the federal and provincial governments. 

Laura sits on the Ontario YWCA Coalition to advocate for girls, women and gender diverse people across the province. She also works closely with the YWCA Muskoka Executive Director and Board of Directors on strategic planning. 

In addition to her work at YWCA Muskoka, Laura is a freelance writer and has written for a number of Canadian magazines and publications.

Laura lives with her husband and three children in Bracebridge.
